Existing Ahn Point Wellness Patients

Patients who are already registered with Ahn Point Wellness will receive an email providing them with a username and password so they can then access our patient portal. This will then allow you to complete our online health questionnaire and other necessary forms prior to your visit.

It is very important that you fill out the online health questionnaire and forms completely in order for Dr. Ahn to better integrate your health care at the time of your visit. In order to maximize your initial visit, we ask that you bring or take photos of all prescriptions and supplements (front and back) so that Dr. Ahn knows the name and strength of your medications.  Please bring copies of any labs or blood work you have taken in the past year so Dr. Ahn can review and not duplicate any laboratory tests unnecessarily. Our Patient Portal (P2P) will serve as a “mission control” for your health and allow you to access important information and manage your healthcare.
